问题是划横线处要不要加个the呢?书上是没the的 但我觉得要加
下面不是特指吃昆虫的动物吗 是特指呀 应该要加the的 虽然animal是复数

需要加THE的.
但如果是insect eating就需要加THE,因为是普通词构成的名词,加THE来显示它的独一性,从而成为专有名词.
比如说tiananmen和the great wall两者就是一个典型的例子.
