选C.what we think是名词性从句,相当于偶然ideas.正由于缺宾语,才不能用that,that引导名词性从句时没任何意义,也不承当任何成分.
句中不定式to tell other people what we think中,other people是间接宾语,what we think是直接宾语.
如果你认为不顺口,这样吧,你认为what代替一个名词,后面加一个of好些,这里要看做what代表一个句子.
