本论文以PVDF为膜材料,TEP为溶剂,通过浸没沉淀法制备得新型网络状结构微孔膜。该PVDF膜由于其独特的无皮层和网络状孔径结构,具有极强的蛋白吸附能力。在制膜的基础上,进一步考察添加剂对成膜结构和性能的影响,以提高膜的蛋白吸附量为目的,进行深入的研究,以期能进一步地在医药、生化等领域被应用。对添加剂而言,与TEP相溶性较好的添加剂成膜孔隙率大,并且得到了网络状结构膜,蛋白质的吸附量更大。
In this thesis,as the membrane material PVDF,TEP as solvent,was prepared by immersion precipitation of new network-like structure of microporous membranes.The PVDF membrane because of its unique non-network-like pore structure of the cortex and,with a strong protein adsorption capacity.In membrane,based on further study of additives on the structure and properties of film in order to improve membrane protein adsorption for the purpose of in-depth study with a view to further applications in medicine,biochemistry and other fields are applied.Of additives,the better compatibility with the additive TEP film porosity and film by the network-like structure,a greater amount of protein adsorption
