(1) Employees are entitled to shift duty allowanceas follows:
a.1ST and 2nd rotating shift -S$132/month
b.Permanent 2nd shift -S$220/month
c.Permanent 3rd shift -S$522/month
(2) Shift allowance is not applicable whenemployees go on “no-pay leave”.On such instances,the shift allowance will besuspended for the month in which no pay leave occurs,or pro-rated according tothe number of days worked.
(3) No meals,meal allowance,nor meal subsidy shall beprovided during third shift.
