1.I appreciate the people who are humourous ,because they can make me feel happy and relaxed.In addition,I also like to spend time with those who are well-informed.Some times they could widen my knowledge.But I think the honest is the most important personality I 'm concernd,after all,no one want to stay with a thief or a cheat.
2.I think the language is a means of communication,but different languages is also representing different kinds of means.Only when they are sharing a same kind of language could they communicate.In the event there are two man who are not speak the same languages,the difference between the languages and the custom would be a barrier of their communication.
3.I think a ideal boss should be patience and full of witness.There are managers who are bad tempered,I think it's difficult to communicate and it's also bad for the development of the company.On the other hand,a good boss should be wise enough to indentify different kinds of staff.They should know how to foster them and when they should give them a punishment or a encouragement.
4.I think the self-confidence is very important for one's success.When a man is confident,he must be courageous and positive too.The confident could give him a strength to overcome the difficulties.On the other hand,I think the modest is very important too.Only to be modest can he knows he should improve himself constantly.
