When you feel depressed,think positive thoughts.
When you feel depressed,defeated and disappointed,think positive thoughts.
You may be tempted to complain how bad the people treat you,and how
disappointed when you lose the games.I usually complain a lot,and even curse
myself.this is not a good way of thinking.it only makes matters worse,
the best way is to just stay calm,focus on solutions,not on results.you should
be consistant with the way of positive thinking,and cultivate it to be your habit.
little by little,your life will be better off.for example,when a river amasses a lot
of mud at the bottom of riverbed,the river would overflow to vulnerable areas.
you habitually dig it out so as to let the river flow smoothly,another way is to
dig out a new river,although it has to be involved a tremedous effors and a
little impact on the whole.at start it dribbles into stream,but little by little it
will develop a new river.so you should focus on new strategy or new solution
rather than focus on failures.if one door is closed,God has another door to
open for you.for example,I am always defeated by my rival because I seldom
use offensive ways.I used to defence every movement against me.although,
offense is not my stront point,but I should change my mind-set and be more
active in using offensive strategy,like creating a new river,at first,it dribbles,
later,it will become a torrent.
当你感到绝望、崩溃、失望的时候,想想积极的事情.
你可能总会抱怨别人对你有多不好,或者当你输了的时候你有多失望.
我也常常抱怨,甚至有的时候会骂自己,这并不是很好的思考方式.这只会让事情变得更糟,最好的方式是保持冷静,集中起注意力来找到解决的方法,而并非纠结于既成的糟糕的事实.
你应该时常去积极地思考,并且尝试着把这养成一个好习惯.慢慢的,你的生活就会变得越来越好的.
举个例子来说,当有很多泥沙淤积在河床水底的时候,河水就会流向别的不通畅的地方.你的第一反应应该是去把淤泥挖走,使河水顺畅流动,或者是挖一条新的河,虽然这会花掉你大量时间和精力而且可能看起来对整个事情影响不大.一开始的时候可能只是泥土间的涓涓细流,慢慢地,它就会变成一条真正的河流了!所以你应该把精力放在寻找新的解决办法或者方式上面,而不是一味抱怨.
如果一扇门关上了,那么一定是上帝为你开启了另一扇门.
比如说,我总是被我的竞争对手打败,因为我不怎么用激进的手段.我曾经一步一防,谨小慎微.虽然激进的手段并不是我的风格,但我应该改变一下我的策略,尝试着变得活跃一点,用一些侵略性强的手段.
就像刚才说的,开辟一条新的河,它可能只是涓涓细流,但慢慢的,它会湍急如洪!
