资金是企业生存和发展的要素,是企业经营活动的动力.企业的发展主要取决于能否获得稳定的资金来源,所以融资成为保证现代企业持续发展的关键.上市公司融资是其财务管理中的一个重要组成部分,不同的融资方式形成不同的融资结构,而上市公司对融资结构的选择小仅决定着其自身的发展方向,对整个资本市场也起着巨大的影响作用.本文通过对目前中国上市公司所运用的各种融资方式的比较,发现中国上市公司在融资方式选择时存在上市公司对股权融资方式的偏好,信息披露不真实,资产结构不合理等问题,以及这些问题对上市公司产生的影响.通过对上市公司融资方式选择存在问题的分析,制定出解决问题的对策,包括优化股权结构,抑制股权融资方式,企业根据自身情况选择融资方式等.论文最后对我国上市公司融资方式未来的发展进行了展望.
