Distributors are the vital connector taking cosumers and manufacturers together.The way to select and evaluate a distributor thus is one of the key items studied in the supply-chain management.And the set-up of a distributors' selection and evaluation system is one of the major ways to find a good disributor.at present,the research on the distributors' selection and evaluation system takes the traditional marketing theory as its base,which lacks of cooperation,flexibility and which is contrary to the present needs of enterprises' establishing supply-chain management system.The thesis is written on the above thinkings,basing on the existing results and studying the distributors' selection and evaluation system through mathmatics model so as to provide a more scientific theory for all the enterprises.
