There are some ways to deal with stress.If you’re stressed out,try these quick and easy ways to relax!Take part in sports and out-of-class activities.Try to get at least eight hours of sleep every night.Eat a healthy,balanced diet that includes all kinds of food.Talk with your close friends,family members or teachers.It’ll make you feel better,and they may be able to give you advice and help you solve your problem.
