Whilst this pathway is primarily fashion and design oriented,there is a strong underpinning of technical ability.You will become conversant with the variety of techniques and fibres which can be used to create distinctive knitwear and jersey fashion - from hand skills through to hi-tech electronic and computerised machinery.By designing and making a variety of styles culminating in a collection,you will learn how to specify for sewing and finishing equipment.By cultivating and enhancing these individual skills you should graduate with an informed and professional preparation appropriate to this market
