one year ago,i was in great trouble.i worked hard at english and devoted all my spare time to practising english.but i dailed to pass the mid-term examination.i felt very disappointed.
so i asked my grandpa for advice when i went home.hearing what i told him,he said examination result wasn`t the end of the world.we can`t improvement only by one examination.he encouraged me to stick to working hard for a long time to check my results.
i took my grandpa`s advice and have been doing it as he told me to since then.now my english is much better than before.from my experience,i feel that we need advice from older generations.
