在信息时代的今天,计算机参与企业日常业务管理已成为企业现代化建设的当务之急.随着电子商务应用的深入,企业可以逐步建立起电子商务应用系统和已有的企业管理和业务系统联系起来,构筑成能够及时反应的商务系统,从而更加快捷地与客户和供应商交往,提高企业运作效率,极大地提高企业管理水平.而合同管理作为企业管理的中间环节,有着尤为重要的意义.该合同管理系统的设计开发正是适应了这种要求.
本文论述一种适合于中小企业、基于单层结构模型的合同管理计算机信息管理系统的设计与开发,此系统便于数据的集中管理,方便快捷地提供合同的有关信息,辅助用户有效管理合同,同时满足管理人员对合同的编辑,查阅,统计,审核等工作,保证数据记录机合同内容条款的完整性,正确性和有效性.
该系统采用Delphi作为开发工具,MS Access作为后台数据库.文章首先阐述了管理信息系统的概念以及Delphi和数据库的应用开发的原理.接着对系统的需求进行了分析,设计了合同的立项模块、审批模块、会签模块、执行模块以及系统管理模块.实现企业及公司进行合同的输入、修改和各种查询等功能,用与企业在任何时候对合同进行操作和管理.本系统经过测试,运行稳定,使用良好.
