near的最高级,（距离）最近的
例：My home is near to school.我家离学校近.
注意此处near是形容词,所以后面又加了个介词to
Tom's home is nearer.汤姆家更近.
Alice's home is the nearest.爱丽丝家（离学校）最近.
意思2：（关系）最亲近的
用法同上.We are the nearest friends.（我们是最亲近的朋友）
