Jack Brown is very fat. His wife is worried about his health. "You should see the doctor," she says. "Ask him how to lose weight (减肥). It's not good for your health." "OK," says Jack. He goes to see a doctor. The doctor weighs (称体重) him. Then he says, "You are 50 kilograms too heavy. You must lose about 30 kilograms. Eat only fruit and vegetables. Run 5 kilometres a day for the next 100 days. Then call and tell me how much you weigh." Jack goes home and does what the doctor has told him. One hundred days later, he calls the doctor. "Jack Brown here, doctor," he says. "I'm calling to tell you about my weight. You will be happy. I have lost 30 kilograms." "Great," says the doctor. "Yes, but there's a problem," Jack says, "I'm 500 kilometres away from home. I don't know how to get back!"
