Most of those volunteers are students ,who do not have professional experience.But they smlie sincerely and ihtroduce everywhere friendly .they are using their heart doing the duty.
once i remember i had a trip to Expo.when i went into the Expo site,volunteers reserved me and introduced the views.but when i finished my trip,isawthem again,they were stil doing their work without relax.
