Secondly, abandoned batteries contain toxic substances like mercury, cadmium, which will damage human health; waste plastic in the soil cause crop losses; accidents of animal death occur due to eating waste plastic. Therefore, waste sorting can not only reduce environmental pollution, but also protect the health of humans and animals. In addition, about 30% to 40& rubbish can be recycled in reproduction. Such turning "waste" into wealth saves many resources.
