Glad to hear from you. Since you mentioned in your last mail that you were going to pay a visit to China, let me introduce the last place you want to miss among all the places of interest in China —the Great Wall.
I’m sure you have heard of the Great Wall. It is one of the great wonders of the world, and was listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1987. It stretches approximately 6,700 kilometers from east to west in northern China. Every few hundred meters along the Wall there are watchtowers. All the work had to be done by hand. A great army composed of soldiers, prisoners, and local people built the wall. If you prefer to see the wall in a relatively natural state, Simatai is the best place for you. It is 110km northeast of Beijing, and there the wall is preserved very well.

I am a Grade 3 student in Beijing High Middle School, locating in the east of Beijing. Our school was founded in 1938. Now it has 60 classes , with more than two thousand five hundred students and teachers.
There are three classroom buildings, one well-stocked liabrary and two laboratory buildings. Additionaly we have a big sports ground, basket court and football field, etc. Our campus is full of green trees, making it to be a graceful surroundings, suitable for study.
I love my school. It's a beautiful place for us to learn knowledge.

What can we do for our earth?
The earth we are now living on is seriously damaged by human beings.The air we breathe is already polluted and it is very difficult for us to find clean and unpolluted rivers.More and more trees are being cut down,many kinds of plants are disappearing,and many wild animals are in danger of extinction.Many populated areas suffer from floods,hurricanes,droughts or other natural disasters.What will our world be like in 200 years if this continues?Can people survive in such an environment? As inhabitants of this world,we teenagers should do what we can to protect the environment and save the earth.For example,we can use recyclable bags instead of plastic bags,refuse to use single-use products,plant more trees and save water and energy. I believe we can make a difference and make the world a beautiful place again.

I'm glad to know that ten waitresses are needed in your hotel. I'd like to be one of them. I'm a Chinese girl of twenty. I'm single and healthy. I started school when I was six. I studied in No. 1 Primary School. At the age of eleven,I went Shenzhen Middle school for learning. After graduation in 2003 I began to work on a construction site as an ordinary worker, I became a postwoman when I was twenty.I had learned English for 6 years at school,and have kept on learning it since I left school. Now I can speak good English and type well. I enjoy singing and dancing. Last year I won the first prize in the competition for the spare time singers in the city.
Could you let me have a position in your hotel?

Baishan Mountain Hotel is now open for business. The hotel is near from the enter of Baishan Mountain . And the distance between them is just about 500 meters. And the price there is not very high. The room for one people is just 100 yuan one day. The room for two is 150 yuan one day. And the people there can have warm water for washing. The resturant has both Chinese style and western style dinner to offer. And they have different kinds of teas and coffes to offer. The hotle also offer people a swimming pool the whole day for free.
The Baishan Mountain Hotel welcome everyone to come here and welcome people to book here !
