7.Notices
All notices,communications and other correspondence required shall be in writing and shall be sent by (a) facsimile,with confirmation copy sent by registered mail,(b) by personal delivery with acknowledgement of receipt ,to the following address:
All such notices shall be sent and deemed to have been received as follows:(i) if by facsimile,upon receipt of the confirmation copy; and (ii) if by personal delivery,courier or registered mail,upon receipt or refusal of delivery.A Party may change the address to which notices are to be sent by a notice given in accordance with these provisions.
8.Assignment:
The services rendered hereunder are personal to Party A ,and it may not assign,transfer or delegate this Agreement or any of its rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of Party B and any attempt to do so shall be void.Party B may assign its rights and obligations to a successor to substantially all its relevant assets or business.
