have had是现在完成时

现在完成时的结构是：have/has+V-ed,V-ed是动词的过去分词

比如：We have had dinner an hour ago.我们一个小时前已经吃过晚饭了.
这里的have是现在完成时中的have,had是吃晚饭have dinner中have的过去分词
