The society is a perpetual topic in our times.In the past decades,almost every individuals are only able to handle some easy and direct technology,since the undeveloped and disadvantaged society and technology.But today,as the progressively advanced technology appears one after another,a increased number of people are being asked to possess more and more complex and hare ability such as plan and organized skill.Therefore there is a unavoidable and heated debate on whether young people should have the ability to plan and organize.
It is undeniable that if a young individual can master the ability to plan and organize,he or she has more chance to climb up to a higher position so that he or she is able to achieve his or her object more easily.For instance,if there are two staff owning the same education degree and similar experience,it is hard to point out which person is preferable.However,if one person has little ability to plan and organize,the other is opposite,I believe that almost every boss is willing to select the second individual.
Every coin has two sides.Not all young people should own the ability to plan and organize.Some people is introverted but careful,so he needs a leader to help him choose one direct and then,he will make his way to the successful destination.Although some individual's plan ability is rare,but he is creative.Only a person who can help him plan the things logically,he also can succeed eventually.
Admittedly,judging from above evidence,I can hardly agree that modern society has become more complex,so it is essential for the young people to have the ability to plan and organize.It depends on the characteristic and the type of work of a individual.If the person is introverted,it is not essential.Instead ,if he is outward ,it is essential.And if the type of work doesn't ask him to possess the ability,he is no need to master it.Otherwise,to master in may lead him to fail.After all,everyone has their own thought to select the choice.
