Regarding your inquiry:
Please note,in order to cancel your paper-based GRE® General Test Verbal and Quantitative session and receive a partial refund of $35,you must call,fax,or write to GRE Services (see below) no later than three full days before your scheduled test date (not including the day of your test or the day of your request).Please include your name,date of birth,address,registration number,and test date.Requests by mail must be received at ETS no later than three full days before your test date.
Refunds are issued within six to eight weeks after the canceled test date.Note that you will not receive your CBT Analytical Writing score if you cancel your paper-based test session.

你必须打电话,或者发传真,或者发信件到gre服务中心（看下面地址）不得迟于在你重新确定考试日期的前3天.请包含你的姓名,生日,地址,注册号以及考试日期.
你要么就发传真,打电话的最好用skype要不然太贵了.
