To sum up,different kinds of organisations will manage diversified range of structures,involving rigid hierarchies,flatter hierarchies,club structure,as well as person structure.In spite of the fact that rigid hierarchies has some difficulties,such as poor communication,many businesses will choose it to mange their organisation in the first half of 20th century,because of clearly defined segments.In flatter hierarchies’ aspect,it adopts a team approach ideology.Therefore,it is a little hierarchies but lots of cooperation and discussion.Moreover,it can be argued that club structure is more suitable for small businesses due to high level of trust and easy communication.Quite a few experts hold a strong belief that the best structure for them is person structure,which can work individually.Overall,it is obvious that scarcely any organisations have only single structure.In fact,the majority of businesses have a mixture of two or more types.
