Quotation method nsf international is unique in its method of quoting .we believe it is important for our customers to understand the cost of the entire project up front .our quotes include all services that we anticipate your firm will need to complete the certification process not just the testing portion ,these costs include:
Project management costs ,which include a physical evaluation of the product ,reviews of any corrective Actions,design and construction ,and construction and creation of a documentation report if required.
Product review at our facility.
Initial audit/inspection at final assembly location(includes all travel expenses)
NSF sanitation initial certification:from the information provided ,the cost for initial sanitation
Certification to nsf standard 2-food equipment will be ￥56,000.00 RMB ,for one final assembly location in china.This cost includes all fees we anticipate necessary to complete certification .
Considerations:please review the following items that are part of the quotation process.
This quote is for a family of products; a glass rack and a food pan.A family of products is all equipment sharing commonality in materials,design,components,and fabrication but may be dimensionally different.Your nsf project manager,with your assistance,will determine what constitutes a family or series of products.Additional families of products under the same standard will cost between￥56,000.00 RMB to ￥56,000.00 RMB RMB.
During the certification process,your nsf project manager will assist you in determining the best representative product to review.If the product(s) need to be sent to us for review and /or testing,your firm is responsible for shipping charges.An evaluation report of your product will be issued within 2weeks of receiving a representative sample.
This quote is based upon the use of nsf certified materials and components and does not include performance testing.If your product is made with materials and/or components that are not certified by nsf ,additional testing or formulation reviews may be necessary ,but you will be advised of any charges in advance.Non-certified materials will cost RMB to review per material.
In the event of product test failure,we only invoice for the portion of the project that needs to be repeated.
