[摘要] 目的：通过对南京地区33家医院2009～2011年抗真菌药物利用情况的分析,来评价近年来抗真菌药物治疗.方法：采用金额和用药频度分析及排序法进行药物利用分析.结果：1）抗真菌药物占总抗菌药物的总金额呈逐年增加趋势,其中2010年均增长率最高为16.9%.2）抗真菌药物金额构成比最大的是深部抗菌药,尤其是三唑类药物,金额由2009年的3360.56万元增加到2011年的4418.43万元,年均增长率为14.66%,棘白霉素类药物年均增长率最大为18.67%.3）抗真菌药通用名金额排序中三唑类药物排在前列,伏立康唑的排名从2009年的第3位上升到2011年的第1位.4）厂家排名中,排在前几位的外企占绝大多数,也有国内企业如珠海亿邦至2011年上升至第3位.5)抗真菌药DDDs排序中,三唑类的氟康唑和伊曲康唑仍排在前列,浅部抗真菌药特比萘芬排名也居前.结论：1）2009～2011年南京地区33家医院抗真菌药物用药金额增长较为显著,抗深部真菌药物趋于选用三唑类,尤其是氟康唑及伊曲康唑,浅表真菌感染趋于使用特比萘芬,棘白霉素类药物使用率增长最为显著.2）进口药占据了主要市场,以美国辉瑞及西安杨森为代表.3）金额排序与DDDs排序稍有区别的原因可能是三唑类药物伏立康唑价格偏高,以至于在DDDs排序中排在特比萘芬后面.

[摘要] Abstract

目的：Purpose:

通过对南京地区33家医院2009～2011年抗真菌药物利用情况的分析,来评价近年来抗真菌药物治疗.
Evaluating the treatment by antifungal agents in recent years by means of an analysis of the cases in which 33 hospitals in Nanjing region used antifungal agents during 2009-2011.

方法：Method

采用金额和用药频度分析及排序法进行药物利用分析.
Adopting an analysis of the currency amount and the frequency of taking medication as well as ranking method to analyze medicine utilization.

结果：Result:

1）抗真菌药物antifungal agent占总抗菌药物的总金额呈逐年增加趋势,其中2010年均增长率最高为16.9%.
The currency amount of antifungal agents which account for the total are increasing year after year, and thereinto the average rate of increase in 2010 was the topmost 16.9%.

2）抗真菌药物金额构成比最大的是深部抗菌药,尤其是三唑类Triazole药物,金额由2009年的3360.56万元增加到2011年的4418.43万元,年均增长率为14.66%,棘白霉素类药物年均增长率最大为18.67%.
The topmost composing rate of the currency amount of antifungal agents was the rate of Pars profunda antibacterials, especially the sort of Triazole, the currency amount of which increased from 33,605,600 Yuan in 2009 to 44,184,300Yuan in 2011 and the average increase rate per year of which is 4.66%. The topmost increase rate of the sort of echinocandin is 18.67%.

3）抗真菌药通用名金额排序中三唑类药物排在前列,伏立康唑的排名从2009年的第3位上升到2011年的第1位.

1）2009～2011年南京地区33家医院抗真菌药物用药金额增长较为显著,抗深部真菌药物趋于选用三唑类,尤其是氟康唑及伊曲康唑,浅表真菌感染趋于使用特比萘芬,棘白霉素类药物使用率增长最为显著.
In 2009-2011, the currency amount of antifungal agents taking increased is relatively remarkable in the 33 hospitals in Nanjing region. Pars profunda antibacterials tended to choose Triazole, especially Fluconazole and Itraconazole; pars superficial epiphyte infection tended to use Terbinafin, and the rate of utilization of the sort of echinocandin was most remarkable.

2）进口药占据了主要市场,以美国辉瑞及西安杨森为代表.
Imported leechdom occupied the leading market and thereinto America Phize and Xi’an Yangsen are the representations.

3）金额排序与DDDs排序稍有区别的原因可能是三唑类药物伏立康唑价格偏高,以至于在DDDs排序中排在特比萘芬后面.
The cause of the slight difference of the ranking of currency amount and DDDs may be the price of voriconazole of the sort of Triazole is on the high side so that it ranked behind Terbinafine in the ranking of DDDs.
