的确都可以,前者更正式,日常使用不讲究.另外,如果你想突出否定,可以把not单独提出来,即there are NOT,以示强调（这种情况下一般不会这样说there AREN'T,因为听起来奇怪）.
说实话,口语中我还是偏向后面一种.
