Establish of common agreement this Contract with clauses as follows,in the terms of the Federal Law nr.4886/65 and its alterations:
OF THE OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT 合同的目的
CLAUSE I:原因一：
The present contract has for object representation,intermediation of sales of the products or articles industrialized and/or commercialized for the REPRESENTED,duly acquitted in the Attached I,that is integrant part of the present contract.
OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE REPRESENTATIVE
CLAUSE II:
a) to integrally fulfill the disposals of this contractual instrument;
b) to follow the instructions of the REPRESENTED,regarding the commercialization of its products and articles;
c) to supply the REPRESENTED,and when it he will be requested,general information on the course of the businesses and information regularly on the conditions of performance in the zone where it exerts the activity,on the situation of the customers,in general and excessively pertinent situation of the commerce;
d) The REPRESENTATIVE will have to show to REPRESENTED,the information detailed on the course of the businesses its position;
e) To obey the table of prices adjusted between the parts,stated periods and terms of payment and of deliveries,adjusted with the REPRESENTED;
f) The REPRESENTATIVE will have to dedicate the commercial representation to it contracted here,in order to expand the businesses of the REPRESENTED,promoting its products and articles;
CLAUSE III:
The commercial relations between REPRESENTED and REPRESENTATIVE and will be conducted by the Brazilian Law,in special the Law nr.4,886/65 and its alterations,that regulate the activities of the independent commercial representatives,without,therefore,none I tie employment.
