想请问than的用法.
A句：We have heard that there is more insider reading than had been reported to us.
B句：There will be many more people who can not avoid being injured in big companies than released if no measures are taken in the near future.
两句都用了than的同一用法.
A句的than后用了had been reported ,表示被动.
那么B句than之后用的released,按翻译来看也是被动的,书上说”than和released之间省略了一个现在完成时的be动词“.
我的要问的问题是：
（1）B句省略掉的东西是”have been“吗?
（2）如果B句是省略了have been,那么是不是意味着A句的”had been“也可以省略呢?
