空间网架结构的特点:
网架结构为一种空间杆系结构,具有三维受力特点,能承受各方向的作用,并且网架结构一般为高次超静定结构,倘若一杆局部失效,仅少一次超静定次数,内力可重新调整,整个结构一般并不失效,具有较高的安全储备.其空中交汇的杆件既为受力杆件,又为支撑杆件,工作时互为支撑,协同工作,因此它的整体性好,稳定性好,空间刚度大,能有效承受非对称荷载、集中荷载和动荷载,并具有较好的抗震性能.同时,在节点荷载作用下,各杆件主要承受轴向的拉力和压力,能充分发挥材料的强度,节省钢材.而且网架结构组合有规律,大量节点和杆件的形状、尺寸相同,并且杆件和节点规格较少,便于生产,产品质量高,现场拼装容易,可提高施工速度.
网架结构不仅实现了利用较小规格的杆件束建造大跨度结构,而且结构占用空间较小,更能有效利用空间.
