Abstract :For a long time,the macroeconomic control inflation are the focus of attention.and deflation is often easier for the financial regulatory authorities and the public ignored.This paper from China's current macroeconomic situation,the paper's definition of deflation,Causes and the corresponding response to a more systematic analysis and elaboration that the current macroeconomic overheating,City and the stock market bubble have emerged in the larger context,not only to guard against the risk of inflation,and the need to prevent the bubble burst after the deflation risk.
