首先从though部分断开,是个表示’‘'虽然,但是'’‘的并列句.之后some teachers find that 开始的是宾语从句,内部嵌套了两层,第一层when first graders,时间状语从句,表示当什么时候,第二层里面有两个并列的结构,who have learned 这是个主语从句,修饰的是first graders,who have not watched 这是个主语从句,修饰的是children.
你所说的的引导词,主要的只有that,它的优先级最高,内部的一个when两个who,都是次要的修饰时间和人物的.
好比汉语说“虽然早上五点一个美丽的女孩去吃男孩们都不吃的早餐了''核心的含义是女孩吃早餐,时间和形容性的修饰,并不是主要.

再答： （1）do需要动词的标准形式，watching it是个形容词性的结构，表示‘‘看……的’’，able就是形容词，和be able to do something一样的用法，表示具有什么能力，能够 （2）因为"Sesame street"后面紧跟着 are，系动词，那么前面的成分不会是定语，是主语，所以是主语从句，不是定语从句。 that， when，who都是引导词，我只是说that的优先权最高。
再问： 那就是说有固定搭配就可以有第二个动词，不是非谓语的形式存在？ 这个动词在这里属于什么动词，系动词、及物还是不及物？
再答： 从句层层嵌套本来就可以有自己独立的动词。否则怎么是从句，那就形容词性结构了 are是系统词啊。
