SAT improving sentences的一个问题
The lawyers representing the parking-lot operators asserted (as to the defensibility of their practices as legal and ethical.)
选项：
A、as to the defensibility of their practices as legal and ethcal.
B、as to their practices and their defensibility on legal and ethical grounds.
C、that their practices,that is the operators,are defensible in legal terms as well as ethics.
D、that in regards to defensibility their practices are legally and ethically defensible.
E、that the practices of the operators are legally and ethically defensible.
能不能说一下选项、翻译句子和原因.

另外还有一个小问题，
就是IS里面如果出现一个代词，比如说his或是Her之类的，
如果前后又没有任何人物，
算不算指代不明呢？

一个没有语误的句子一定是清晰的.
A：as太多,有问题
B：grounds 原文中没有,修改愿意.
C：that 太多,their 指代不明确,可辩护（are defensible)不知道谁是主语,legal terms 原文中没有.
D：好像没有 in regard to 意为 关于,提及,还有三种表达方法as regards,in/with regard to,和regarding.regards是问候,慰问的意思.表达错误.
E：翻译：operators 的 practices 是可辩护的,合法且符合道德.
在原文中找句子主干-----主谓宾,然后看选项,1,看语法；2,看表达；3,看是否简洁.（言简意赅,因为句子的出现是为了表达清楚意思,如果表达不清,就还是修炼不够）
语法要注意形容词修饰名词,副词修饰形容词,副词修饰动词.
表达要注意固定搭配,their或一些人称代词所指代的主语.而且原文中没有的词在改的句子里不能出现,如果题目中出现了动词,在选项里改成了名词,这样不太好,如果题目里出现了名词,选项里出现了动词,可以考虑,因为动词优于名词,在我理解是因为动词更加生动.
简洁的衡量是以你能看懂为标准,结构清晰,简明易懂,而且比其他选项要显得清秀!
我觉得选E,不知道对不对.
