ACCA practising certificate and audit qualification 是指你在成为ACCA成员再获得会计师事务所工作若干年工作经验后可以申请的一个执照.就是所谓的签字权,也就表示在承认ACCA的国家中可以在财务报告签字的执照.
这个执照有两点要求：1,所要求年限（好像是也是三年,我记不太清楚了,也可能是五年,你可以在acca网站上看看）是在你取得ACCA之后的经验,之前的三年不算.但是如果你之前的工作单位是acca特许的会计师事务所,i就是你取得membership记录的那个经验,工作满三年可以减一年post qualification requirement.
2,就是必须是会计师事务所的工作,企业,政府等一切都不算.
这个执照在中国是不承认的,所以如果你在中国工作不用申请.但是如果你在英国或其他承认的国家想做事务所senior或者partner就会用到.
audit qualification 就是在你通过acca P Level 的那个audit 考试 （我记不太清楚是P几了,我没考）之后给你的一个certificate,就是所谓的审计签字权.注意,刚才那个是财务报告,这个是审计报告,是有区别的.如果你有practicing licence但是没有audit qualification还是不能签审计报告.
同样的,这个在中国也是并不承认的.
