The way my body looks has always bothered me. It's not terribly out of shape, but it's not slim and slender either. Recently, my friends have been hitting the gym one by one, hoping to lose some weight. Motivated by peer pressure, I decided to do the same. It was by no means an easy task. Numerous times, I had to drag myself to the gym after a full day of class. Once I’m there, I had to force myself to run on the treadmill for at least 15 minutes. I also attempted upper body workouts; although with minimum success in the beginning, I’ve become much better over the last couple of months. Even though I’ve only lost a few pounds, I’m definitely more fit than I have ever been. All is worthwhile.
