首先你要有个大概的纲要,比如姓名,来自哪里,以前的教育背景,现在的目的是什么等等吧.
brief introduction/假设是个男生
let me introduce my foreign friend to you.
he is 姓名 and he is (年龄). He come from ... he come to China because of (什么什么原因). he will stay (多长时间) in (城市/地名).
后面可以再介绍一些他的爱好什么的,如果有时间的话.
he is good at (blabla...)
也就这样了吧.
