Recently,health becomes a heated debate topic for people,especially for woman and elders.In 2013,there was more than 70.2% elders pay more attention on health than before.Because of the limited behavior of elderly,in 2013,Yoga that emerges as a new fashional exercise sweeps the whole country.When you hear the word "yoga," do you think of a person with his legs twisted up like a pretzel?Yoga,a system of breathing exercises and postures,derived from a Hindu discipline that promotes spiritual unity with a supreme being,to make people stronger and relax mind and body.
Firstly,Yoga is one of the oldest forms of healing therapy that has been used by humans.The reason that people are drunk in Yoga is it has a long history ,the person institute very easy to be it broad and profound that order practices attracts.Secondly,Yoga has various approaches to make people choose the most suitable one for them.Known as integral Yoga,Purna Yoga offers wisdom and techniques for the unison of the body,mind and soul so that many people tend to learn that way.Thirdly,Yoga also train people mind,body,and breathe,as well as connecting with people spirituality,and that are the main goals of the yoga lifestyle that make more people fall in love with this sport.
In yoga,"flexibility" is an attitude that invests and transforms the mind as well as the body.During the exercise of Yoga,we human not only concern about organic exercise,but also the attitude of life.That is the power of Yoga.
