本文一共分为六个部分:重点章节主要集中在3、4、5章节.第一部分:(第0章),通过分析当今电子商务的发展现状,来提出本文所要研究的主题,并且引申出重点,提出本课题研究的意义.根据分析国内外的研究成果来来形成本文研究的思路与创新点.第二部分(第1章),解释电子商务的模式,电子商务的特点以及信用和信用管理内涵的详细内容.第三部分(第2章),既然对电子商务已经有了大致的了解,开始切入主题,对本文主要研究的电子商务信用管理进行阐述和详细解释.第四部分(第3章),开始是本文的重点章,开始着手分析当前主流的C2C电子商务网站的信用管理问题,通过分析实例,对比以及总结来让主题更加明确的显露出来.第五部分(第4章),也是本文的重点章,本章主要以淘宝网为典型实例,来进行分析和探讨,通过结合此类知名的信用管理模型来对本文主题进行更好的阐述.第六部分(第5章),本文的核心章,通过前文的一系列分析和对比,总结出了7条当今C2C电子商务信用管理可能存在的一些缺点和不足.给出相应的模型,并且提出自己相应的观点.第七部分(第6章),总述了我国当前C2C电子商务信用管理的重点,阐述了本文的局限性,并且提出了对今后C2C电子商务信用管理研究方向的展望.

This article is divided into six parts: the total mainly concentrated in chapter 3, 4, 5 chapters.
