The thermal stability tests for stainless steel support after anodic oxidation process is reported in Fig.3.The microphotographs in Fig.3 show an obvious difference as compared with in Fig.2.It is worth noting,the abnormity and multiangular structure attributed to the anodized dielectric film still maintained intact as the calcination temperature increased.In this particular case,when calcination temperature reaches to 1000 °C,the multiangular structures of anodized dielectric film become more ordered,indicating that the anodized dielectric film firmly anchors on the stainless steel support and the high calcination temperature promotes the stability and adhesion strength of the anodized dielectric film.Compared with Fig.2,it demonstrates that anodic oxidation treatment is an effective method for preventing the structural collapse in stainless steel support after high temperature calcination.
