12.MECHANICAL WARRANTY OF QUALITY:
The Seller warrantees that the commodity is made of the best materials with first class workmanship,brand new and unused,in compliance with Term 5 and all respects with the quality and specification stipulated in this contract.
The Seller shall warrantee for quality and proper function of the commodity when correctly mounted and properly operated and maintained according to seller’s operating manuals.The Warranty period shall be 18 months starting from the shipment date or 12 months from the date on which the acceptance certificate of the commodity have have been signed by both partied,whichever occurs first.
During warranty period due to seller’s quality reasons,replacement of parts of repair will be made free of charge and transported to site of the End-used by soonest transportation mode.
The Seller excludes especially any damage caused by operation under the abnormal case from its warranty coverage.The Seller will not be responsible for damage of the delivered equipment caused by improper installation of operation by the buyer or third party.
After sales service:
In case of written request by the end-user during the warranty period,seller will reply within 2 working days.If necessary,by receipt of written request by the end-user,after sales service personnel of Seller will be on site within 5 working days.In case the service is due to Seller’s reason,service will be free of charge.
After warranty period the seller should provide a quick after after sales service based on reasonable price paid by end-suer.

12.机械质量担保
卖方担保：所出售商品是用最好的材料以及一流的工艺制成.产品是崭新的,未被使用过的.完全符合第五条条款以及本合同中规定的质量和规格的规定.
卖方在正确按照,适当操作,并按照卖方操作手册的规定适当维护的前提下,担保商品的质量以及正常功能的运行.担保期为18个月,自出运日开始,或自双方在商品验收证明书上签字之日起的12个月内.以这2个日期中先发生的日期为准.
在担保期内,由于卖方的质量原因,所导致的零件的替换和修理必须是免费的,且免费通过最快的运输方式运至最终使用地.
如果任何损坏是因为在正常使用下造成的,卖方的产品将不在保险范围内.如果是因为买方或第三方的不当使用或安装造成的损坏,卖方不需要对运输出去的设备的损坏负责.
售后服务：
如果在担保期内,最终用户通过书面形式提出申请,卖方应在2个工作日内做出答复.如有必要,应提供最终用户书面申请的回执,卖方的售后服务人员应在5个工作日内到达现场.如果此类服务是卖方的原因需要提供的,服务费是免费的.
在担保期后,卖方应基于最终用户支付的合理价格提供快速的售后服务.
