环境对于每个人来说并不陌生,甚至对于整个世界来说永远都是那么敏感的事情.如今,在我们享受高物质生活的同时,环境却成为我们的直接受害者.然而,它也是个报复者,它会像恶魔般无情地吞噬着人类的生命,威胁着各种生态平衡和人类的健康成长,也制约着经济和社会的可持续发展.今天的情景,使我们再一次看到了破坏环境所带来的恶果,在一次次灾难的提醒下,我们应该认识到遵循自然规律和爱护我们身边的生活环境已刻不容缓.
“真正检验我们对环境的贡献不是言辞,而是行动.”为了让我们更好的体验到大自然的清新,和让我们有更广阔的生活空间,我们提出了对环境测试仪的设计,本设计主要以台湾凌阳公司的16位SPCE061A单片机为核心,通过与温度测量、光线监测模块等传感器的配合使用,使它能够测量周围温度和监测周围光线状况,并使用SPCE061A单片机这一语音特殊功能,实现对测量到的温度值和监测到的光线状况实施语音播报功能.通过程序完成各种模数转换、中断控制、温度测量、光线监测和按键的扫描等.设计完成的环境测试仪可以完成以下几个功能：1.根据光线强弱进行温馨提示：若光线弱,则语音播报“光线太弱,请注意保护眼睛”；若光线强,则语音播报“光线太强,请注意保护眼睛”.2.按键启动温度测量,并播报当前温度值——“温度,XX摄氏度”.

Abstract
For each environment is not strange people,and even the world as a whole is always less sensitive matters.Today,we enjoy a high material living at the same time,our environment has become the direct victims.However,it is also a revenge,it will mercilessly as demonic eating human life,threatening the ecological balance of growth and human health,but also restricts the sustainable economic and social development.Today's scenario,once again we see the destruction of the environment brought about by the consequences,in a reminder of the disaster,we should recognize that we have to follow the laws of nature and love around the living environment that brooks no delay.

To give us a better experience to the nature of the fresh,and so that we can have a broader living space,and we have made on the environment tester design,the design principal Sunplus of Taiwan's 16 SPCE061A microcontroller as the core,with the temperature measurement,the light sensor monitoring module used in conjunction with,it can measure the ambient temperature and monitoring of the surrounding light conditions,and use the voice SCM SPCE061A special function,to achieve the measurement and monitoring of the temperature of the light conditions to the implementation of voice broadcast functions.Adoption procedures are completed various analog-digital conversion,interrupt control,temperature measurement,monitoring and light button scanning.Design completed environmental testing to be completed for the following functions:1.Strength under a light warm Tip:If the light weak,the voice broadcast "light too weak to eye protection"; if strong light,the voice broadcast "light too,the need to protect the eyes." 2.Button temperature measurement,and broadcast the current temperature - "temperature,XX degrees Celsius"
