I know this will be a challenge job,but I still hope and wish you enjoy it if you decide to accept my offer.From now to Aug.18th,there are 4 weeks left,which mean you need to work at least 16 half days in total.You will get paid at USD$200.Below are some clues you can use.
For the first few days,play a lot with him,and give him more break time.Otherwise he will hate our plans.Give him a lot of praises and encourages.
Studying materials that Rui has now:
1.Chinese Book from USA,with a CD,you will need to take some time with him to install in the computer.
2.English writing,I’ve emailed a couple weeks ago.
3.Math sheets,emailed a couple weeks ago.
First Day,you can try as following:
1.Test his Math:Additions and subtractions with and without mix.One digit by one digit multiplications,which I believe he is not good at.Thus,you can ask him to repeat and remember the chart right after test.
2.English writing.
3.Chinese:
-- You quickly go through Rui’s Chinese book.
-- As first day,you might do not have time to do too many things.I will say you can ask Rui read something from his Chinese book to you.
-- Install Chinese Book CD with or without Rui.
4.You can play chess or computer game or poker with him as a prize.He will love it.
By the way,I have an idea about how to improve your English writing.You try to write in English to Uncle and me.Don’t worry about grammar,words and sentences.Just try.Your Uncle and I both have millions of grammar mistakes every time,but we try.Remember,using simple words and simple sentences is number one rule.

1.给他来个数学测验:加法,减法,或是加减法混合.一位数的成法.他这方面不是很好.测验完后,你可让他背下成法口诀表.
2.做英文写作练习.
3.学中文
你可扫一眼Rui的中文课本.
第一天你不可能做很多事.你可以让Rui朗读他的中文课本给你听.
和Rui一道装CD,你自己装也行.

可以跟他下象棋,玩电脑游戏或是玩扑克牌,做为对他的奖励.他会很高兴的.
哦!,我知道你可以怎么样提高你的英文写作水平了.你可给我和叔叔写信.别担心什么语法,单词或是句子结构.尽力写就是了.我和你叔叔在语法上也是错漏百出.但我们直管写.记住,关键是要简洁明了.
