摘要：企业经济学、企业战略理论和企业管理理论的发展都证明——企业的中心任务是积累企业知识,企业知识积累是企业获取竞争优势的关键.因而,研究企业知识积累有其现实意义.通过对国内外企业知识积累研究的述评,可以发现,企业知识积累的研究仍有许多领域有待深入研究.本文从三个方面对企业知识积累进行了较深入的研究.首先,本文基于整体观,重新定义了企业知识的概念.接着,本文进一步指出,企业知识积累的过程是一个包括知识获取、知识整和与知识创新的环环相扣的链条网络.其次,本文指出,企业积累知识在为企业带来优势的同时,也埋下了产生企业知识积累刚性的可能性.分析企业知识积累的双重性后发现,改变企业的组织行为方式是扬长避短的关键.最后,本文为企业知识积累在实践中的操作提出基于培养企业核心能力的企业知识积累策略.

The development of Business Economics,corporation strategy theory and enterprise management theory all proves the fact that a companie's main task is to accumulate enterprise knowledge,and the accumulatation of enterprise knowledge is the key point for a company to gain competitive advantage.Therefore,research on enterprise knowledge accumulatation has its pratical significance.To review the domestic and foreign researches on enterprise knowledge accumulatation,it can be found that there are still many areas for further studies on enterprise knowledge accumulatation.This article does some further research on enterprise knowledge accumulatation from three aspects.First of all,it redefines the concept of enterprise knowledge accumulatation based on the overall view.Then it points out that the process of enterprise knowledge accumulatation is a Interlocking chain that includes knowledge acquisition,knowledge integration and knowledge innovation.Then it also points out that while the accumulatation of enterprise knowledge brings out the advantages for the company,it can also cause enterprise knowledge accumulatation rigidity.After the analysis on the duality of the enterprise knowledge accumulatation,it comes to a conclusion that the key point to develop strengths and avoid weaknesses is to change the enterprise organization behaivor.Finally it proposes the strategies of enterprise knowledge accumulatation in practice based on the cultivation of enterprises' core competence.
