1.continuum in promoting professional ethics and occupational moral quality.
2.have a long-term planning and strategic vision,able to indentify the developing trend and direction of the industry,and able to work towards the goal and mission of the company/enterprise.
3.emphasize on unity and cooperation to elaborate team spirit effectively.
4.a good affinity with good communicating skills.
5.focus on the combination of principles and flexibility.
