为什么要在最后加上with?什么用法?

这个to也是一个用法吗？
我看了大家的回答，但是我知道这句是什么意思。我想问的是为什么要这么用，to 或者with都是介词，介词后面不是必须接动名词或者名词吗？
像这样后面是空的为什么可以？

答：看来你知道with,to是介词,介词后是要跟宾语的.
但是你不知道,有时候宾语是在前面的.
1.先讲第二句.There are still some places.是主句.we have not been to是定语从句.定语从句的引导词：关系代词that就是作we have not been to的宾语的.that 指代先行词（==》some places).定语从句：that we have not been to 如果还原就是：we have not been to some places.
在从句中作宾语的关系代词常可以省略.
2.第一句不太好回答.因为涉及where的词性及介词+there/where的情况.
先说一说及物动词的疑问不定式作宾语的情况:
如：I don't know what to do.我不知道该做些什么?=I don't know what I should do.
看出来了吗?疑问不定式to do是及物动词,它的宾语呢?在前面,就是那个what!
所以：where to begin with还原就是：
They can tell us where we should begin with.
这个where 从句是名词性从句,作tell us的宾语相当于：the place where-定语从句.
他们能告诉我们从什么地方开始.
见过from there,from where,猜也可以说：begin with there/ where吧.
