两个句子,帮分析下语法及翻译.:
A: the difference between "learned" and "popular" words is of great important to a right
understanding of language.
B: you interrupt the vary mental processes needed to make your efforts most productive

A句中,我只想问, 那个"is of" 前后是不是省略了什么?
B句中,"needed to "是哪个需要哪个. 搞不清.. 说点具体, 谢谢么.

needed to做the vary mental processes的后置定语,也就是过去分词做后置定语,个人觉得应该不是定语从句,因为是needed而没有用need.也就是processes需要 make your efforts most productive
