I think is "people" ,but is that right?

主语是list,英语句子的成分从原句中找.
主动式变为被动,宾语变主语哇,list虽然是人做的,但是句子形式发生改变,而且后面reducing是非谓语动词,用现在分词形式表示动作同时发生.
