you can also do something kind for a person you don't know.for example,next time you buy a take-away coffee,try paying for the drink the person behind you is buying.what's more,simple things like opening doors for people,standing aside to let them pass,allowing them to go ahead of you in a line are easy to do and can change someone's day.
