(1)如规范要求某项作业需由某种施工机械来完成,则必须使用该种施工机械,除非监理工程师批准使用其他机械.
(2)如果承包人要求使用非规范所规定的施工机械,则应向监理工程师提交书面申请,对替换使用的施工机械应充分说明和解释作出这一变动的原因.
(3)上述书面申请必须获得监理工程师批准后,替换施工机械方可投入使用.同时,丝毫不能免除承包人按合同所规定的任何责任或义务.
(4)如果替换的机械经试用后,监理工程师判定其作业成果不能满足规范要求,承包人应中止使用该替换机械,并应按照监理工程师指令仍使用规范要求的施工机械,发生的费用由承包人负担.
