need的实意动词和情态动词的用法区分

need 作为情态动词,后接动词原形,一般用在疑问句和否定句中
作为实义动词,人作主语时后接to do ； 物作主语时后接doing 或 to be done
It's cold ,you need to wear warm clothes.
Your shoes need washing / to be washed .
You needn't tell him about it because he has known it .
