How to handle this undelivered shipments ?
Hi Friends, I have a business scenario at my clients place, where we want to do in SAP. Material shipped to customer as per normal SD process against standard SD order/delivery/PGI etc. 1. Undelivered materials (Shipments) is returned back to warehouse by the courier agents. (Please not that this are just software supplies shipments so it contacints various CDs and print documents so not heavy in weight.) Due to various reasons, like person was not there to receive the parcle or address is changed etc. 2. After verification with the customer for address/other things, agains same material we want to send them back.Please suggest the best way to do in SAP.Appreciates yours thoughts on this.
