4.The supplier’s scope shall be included the supply of main equipment as machines with pre-wired and pre-piped,electrical facilities and engineering for line layout,foundation plan,piping and wiring,etc.from the limited of Take Over Point.
5.Excluding from supplier scope:
(1)All building works such as building construction,lightning,communication facilities,sewage,fire extinguisher,ventilation system for building,lighting system for building,etc.
(2)Structure,sub-structure,maintenance gangway,stair,chimney for equipment.
(3)Supply of electric power source,water,steam,gas,compressed air and other utilities.
(4)Power distributor for transformer,high tension switch gear,low tension power distribution panel and static capacitor,harmonic filter,MCC,AC general constant speed motor.
(5)Erection work and materials for machines,piping,wire,normal cable,anchor bolts,etc.
(6)Interconnecting piping works for pure water,city water,steam,compressed air,gas,etc.from utility section to T.O.P.
(7)Detail design for civil work.
(8)Transportation tools such as forklifts,overhead cranes,coil tongs,coil transfer cart,etc.
(9)Equipment and tools for maintenance shop.
(10)Raw materials and personnels for operation's preliminary trials and acceptance test.
(11)First fill oil such as hydraulic oil,lubricant,grease,etc.
(12)Air conditional for electrical room and control pulpit.
(13)Testing apparatus,tools and measuring instruments in main laboratory.
(14)ITV system for line monitoring
(15)Packing material.
(16)Utility facilities such as waster water plant,cooling tower,power sub-station.
(17)Five (5) sets of Technical Proposal are required to be delivered for discussion.
6.The offering proposal shall be written in English with Metric Unit.All the equipment must itemize to incorporating with the layout drawing.The following document,flow diagram and drawings must be including in the proposal.
(a).Side and plan view LAYOUT drawing for line and auxiliary equipment with dimension showing.
(b).General specification and process description of the mechanical and electrical equipment.
(c).Production table copes with line speed and oven capacity.
(d).Loading cycle table for entry section,exit section.
(e).Unit tension table and map.
(f).Item list with unit weight.
(g).Division list of scope of supply
(h).Functional description for each unit including the reference drawings,schematic diagram for cleaning and furnace section,heat balance diagram,electrical system configuration,etc.
(i).Description and table for automation/semi-auto/manual .
(j).Rolls schedule.
(k).Motor list with sensors list
(l).Design demand for utility parameter as deionized water,cooling water,compressor air,electrical power,gas,etc.and performance guarantee data for production yield,consuming power,cooling water,fuel gas,chemicals,and product quality,etc.
